Electronic Micro Systems was founded in 1984, and has been building and designing R&D equipment for the Electronics Industry. We manufacture a line of Spin Coaters, Hot Plates, Spin Developers, for Photo Resist imaging. Our Spinners, associated equipment and accessories, are commonly used for R&D, and experimental production use. EMS coating systems rotate a silicone wafer or substrate using centrifugal force to spread a liquid evenly. A Precision Hot Plate can be used to cure the liquid.
