Trace Basement Systems specialise in the design & installation of basement waterproofing and conversion systems in both existing and new-build structures.

We work with clients and their designers to ensure that desired basement environments are created and maintained, this including domestic basement conversion with total project management from building regulations applications through to finishing works, and also larger commercial basement projects undertaking specialist waterproofing works only.

Clients include: NHBC, British Telecom, RailTrack, AMEC, Taylor Woodrow, Urban Splash, WH Smith, Bruntwood Estates and Barclays Bank.

Trace are a member of the Basement Systems network of basement waterproofing contractors, employing over 20 patented basement waterproofing products and a BBA certified system, with over 120,000 systems installed globally. We design to BS8102, this backed with professional indemnity & product liability insurance, with guarantees insured by GPI insurance.
