We are designers and manufacturers of bespoke moulded optical parts. Our services include optical design, tooling and manufacture. We provide a design, development and manufacturing service primarily for high precision lens solutions for LEDs. Established in 1987, we have developed and produced many varied products for the automotive, commercial vehicle, bicycle, traffic management and industrial lighting markets. We can take the product from concept, through model evaluation into fully functional prototypes and completing the cycle at high volume production. We can also incorporate various assembly, joining and finishing processes
