Formit Limited is a leading designer, manufacturer and consultant for rollform tooling and equipment. We can provide the complete package from section design through to the finished production line including coil handling, press feeding, pre-pierce, flying shears, benders and stackers etc. Design of the rollform tooling is simplified by the use of "COPRA", a computer aided design system developed by Data M of Germany.
Formit is exclusive UK agent for "COPRA" and can give demonstrations at its Stourbridge works.
A complete range of Rollformers has been designed to give complete flexibility including CNC control. "Duplex" and cladding lines are specialities together with quick change 'C' and 'Z' purlin rollformers. Contact us for data sheets of individual rollforming lines, which have been manufactured to produce steel framing for houses, plasterers angle bead, purlins, cladding, composite panels, partition studding, cable trunking and trays, shelving, steel furniture, etc.
