Our remit may include any or all of; site-finding (reporting a list of available options in a tight format enabling easy decisions), negotiating Heads of Terms, lease negotiations, coordinating fitouts, lease extraction, creating communications to ensure all key people/departments are given key information, setting up bill-paying (ie. NDR, utilities, rent), and managing the premises
