We are Powder Coating specialists based in Colchester, Essex. At our facility we provide tough durable coatings to protect metals and other media. We offer a complete service, from pre-treatment to high quality finish.

Powder coating is a thermosetting powder applied using a powder charge gun onto steel, aluminium and wood. The next part of the process involves baking to a hard chemical light fast to finish, dependent on the powder type.

We have massive dip tanks up to four metres long, two metres deep and one metre wide to assist in the pre-treatment process. Shot blasting can also be undertaken in blast room using the correct media for the substance to be treated. Extra large items can be wet painted in our spray bake type booth which is well equipped to handle anything up to eight metres long, three metres wide and three metres high. Paints applied range from standard air drying enamels, two pack epoxy, two pack polyurethane.
