Fleet Observer are the sales arm of 3CMS Ltd. We have been developing software for vehicle tracking and messaging, using the latest GRPS technology, for ten years. The system is internet based which allows various size companies to review the efficiency of their business and employees.
As technology moves forward, vehicle tracking and two way messaging is becoming commonplace within companies wishing to maximise their security and customer service.
We are offering a unique business opportunity. We will provide you with a comprehensive, high quality product with the extra security of knowing that you are running your own business with our expert knowledge. Our customers currently pay for each individual vehicle they add onto our system, but we are offering you the chance to lease our software over a two to five year scheme. This will permit you to add an unlimited amount of vehicles, for a fixed price.
