SE Controls has over 25 years experience in delivering specialist smoke ventilation and natural ventilation control systems to all sizes and types of buildings. SE Controls systems automatically open specific windows, doors, louvers, roof lights and AOVs to ventilate smoke and heat. The control systems combine window actuators, chain actuators, linear actuators, door actuators, control panels, smoke detectors, manual control points, open close switches, CO2 sensors, thermostats, rain sensors and weather stations. Products are CE marked to EN 12101 and have been widely accepted by Local Authority Building Control. SE Controls has the ability to design a fully integrated smoke or natural ventilation system providing tailored solutions to all types of buildings including apartments, offices, schools, colleges, hospitals and shopping centres. SE Controls offers the complete solution from design and manufacture through to installation commissioning and on-going servicing of the building.
