Tyne Valley Surgical specialises in the manufacture of a wide range of medical devices which we manufacture at our plant in the north of England. Experienced designers of medical devices will advise you each step of the way to ensure a perfect solution. From design stage we develop your product to tooling in our in house toolmaking facility, and from there we can offer injection moulding, assembly and sterile packaging, to provide a 'one stop shop' solution. We manufacture and sell devices used in various surgical disciplines including: ENT; Neurosurgical; Laparoscopic; and gynaecological. We also offer subcontract services in packaging, toolmaking, plastic injection moulding, CNC machining, clean room facilities.
