Laser cutters for 20 years, Freshlook offers rapid response turnaround of laser cut blanks combined with cnc folding and a full sheetmetal and fabrication facility.
CAD files can be turned into laser blanks in almost any flat sheet material within moments with accurate repeatability. Linked to the press brakes for accurate bend allowances, pressed components follow on seamlessly.
Laser cut slots and holes in box section, tube and angle; countersunk and tapped holes in steel, stainless, aluminium or brass; laser cut copper leaves; the variety is apparently endless and all can be subsequently welded or brazed.
