Manufacturers, repairers and refurbishers of all rollers used in the paper, printing, textile and other industries requiring these services. We supply to customers specification with or without bearings housings and covers. The roller can also be supplied with or without rubber cover or glatex cover. We specialise in cylindrical
grinding, capable of grinding all metals, coatings and coverings on rollers, shafts and cylinders to fine tolerances. We also have capacity for concave and convex camber grinding and microgrooving any rollers ground. All rollers supplied are dynamically or statically balanced. We also dynamic balance armatures for medium to large motors machine tools and general machinery. Also fly wheels, centrifugal pumps, baskets,
cylinders and rollers. All pre-grinding, inspection, finish grinding and polishing is done in-house and chrome, nickel and copper plating are done by our BSI quality assured suppliers.
