Company Overview

We offer a complete packaging design and testing service for customers nationwide and globally as part of the SCA Packaging Group. We also specialise in components for the automotive industry, insulated concrete forms and material handling solutions. We have the capability to die cut fabricated foams and supply profiled shapes, cut pads and blocks. Sales enquiries are dealt with by our Northampton Tech Centre and we manufacture at 5 strategically placed locations - Northampton, Spennymoor (Co. Durham), Livingston (Scotland), Torpoint (Cornwall) and Kinmel Park (Staffs).
Bespoke products are manufactured in a range of materials; expanded polystyrene, expanded polypropylene and all known co-polymers.
We have a standard range of products such as wine packs, mug packs, spheres, corners and angles.
Clean expanded polystyrene is recycled at all of our manufacturing plants.
