Company Overview

Our business is moulding Rubber, Polyurethane and Thermoplastic Materials to Customer Specification.

We manufacture Rubber Mouldings and Gaskets in materials which include Silicone, Fluorocarbon, Nitrile, EPDM, Neoprene, HNBR, Butyl, Natural, and Fluorosilicone Rubbers in all hardnesses and colours. Mixes can be compounded and moulded to meet that special requirement.
We mould materials which are FDA Compliant for Food and grades for use with Potable Water.
A Small selection of the mouldings we manufacture are Seals, Gaskets, Diaphragms, Valve seats, Bellows, Suckers, Key Pads, Masking Boots, Connector Boots, Grommets and Rubber to Metal Bonding.
We also supply Cast or Injection Moulded Polyurethane Mouldings and sheet along with other Injection Moulded elastomers.
We will use existing moulds or manufacture new moulds in our on site Tool Room.
Our service covers Prototype Mouldings to Full Production in quantities from 10's to Millions.
