Nylon Colours is a company based in the United Kingdom which specialises exclusively in the formulation of Nylon coating powders for both fluidised bed, mini-coat and electrostatic application.
We have worked closely with Arkema in the UK and at Serquingy for many years and all our powders are based on Rilsan.
We can supply at short notice a very wide range of standard colours including RAL, Munsell, British Standards, Pantone, NCS etc. If none of these are suitable we can custom match colours within a few days. We also supply antimicrobial and antibacterial metallic, fluorescent and other special finishes.
Special formulations can be produced for particular applications i.e. Highly conductive powder for coating items subject to static build up in explosive atmospheres. Nylon which once applied will cross link ant re-melt for locking engine manifold bolts, high build dipping powders for brassiere underwires etc. Let us know of your application.
