The Kepston Group offers sub contract Furnace Brazing (inc stainless steel) Nickel Brazing, Bright Annealing (inc stainless steel) Magnetic Annealing & Precision Grinding (CNC Jig Grinding & CNC Universal Grinding). There are 3 sites in total, 2 in the West Midlands 1 in Lubenice, Czech Republic. Wednesbury & Lubenice concentrate on Furnace Brazing & Bright Annealing, whilst our Aldridge site offers Precision CNC Grinding. All are approved to ISO 9001:2000 In addition to ISO 9001:2000, Jig Grinding & Universal Grinding at our Aldridge site also have specific company approvals. In recent times, substantial investment has been made across the group including a new site plus 3 new furnaces for our furnace brazing & bright annealing in Czech Republic & CNC Hauser & Kellenberger equipment for our Jig Grinding & Universal Grinding at our Aldridge site.

Plasmatech (UK) Limited was originally established in 1999 as exclusive distributors for InnerLogic mechanized plasma systems and torch height controls and who, in September 2006, in order to reflect the high calibre of mechanized plasma cutting systems they manufacture, were renamed KALIBURN. In 2004 we then acquired the manufacturing rights for the original Model 'W' Gasfluxer following the closure of the Sheffield based company, Calor Weldcraft Ltd whilst in 2005, following continued growth both in the UK and internationally for KALIBURN, we moved to our present location at Heather Court, Doncaster, South Yorkshire. More recently we have been appointed the UK distributors for SteelTailor portable CNC cutting machines as well as the Basic Omniport Adaptor, used for upgrading older CNC controls that are not PC based, from NACS.inc.
