The processes are ideal for steel and aluminium components which are lightly oiled (less than 1.2 - 1.5 gms/m2) And are suitable for both a simple dipping process or a full-blown Conveyorised spray pre-treatment plant. Simultaneously treat mild steel, cast iron, galvanised steel, aluminium and the majority of aluminium alloys. It's an unheated single-stage process so there's no need for expensive 2nd or 3rd stage rinse sections including the pumps, pipework and internal spray nozzles that go with them. Amazingly the chemical works at ambient workshop temperatures so we don't need costly heat exchangers, gas burners, flues and all the associated complex electrical controls.
