Carlton Die Castings specialise in small to medium quantities by both the gravity and high pressure process combined with an extensive CNC machining capacity. The company offers a design service where we assist with product design at the initial stage. The company also offers vacuum impregnation and pressure testing. One of Carlton’s specialities is making prototypes machined from solid or from sand or silicon moulds from the designed alloy so that a component can be assembled and tested to represent the final application.
