Techniques have been perfected that allow controlled deposits of Hard Chrome and Electroless Nickel, including composites, to be applied to complex shapes. Ferrous and non-ferrous materials, including aluminium alloys are regularly processed. In-house grinding facilities permit the refurbishment of hydraulic rams and cylinders, print rollers, inking-rollers etc. Surfaces can be lapped and polished to N1. Internal grinding is also available.
