Wij hebben mogelijkheden om uit zowel buis, plaat als draad uw product samen te stellen in staal, aluminium of RVS of een combinatie daarvan. In onze 2 poedercoatinstallaties zijn we tevens in staat producten in series en enkelstuks te behandelen met een laksyteem in een binnen- of buitenkwaliteit. De voorbehandeling bestaat uit ijzerfosfateren, zirconiseren en/of stralen. Daarna wordt er, afhankelijk van de toepassing, een poedercoatsysteem in 1 of 2 lagen aangebracht. Ook de eindmontage kunnen wij voor verzorgen, waarna de eindverpakking en emballage als logische laatste stap volgt. Op deze manier ontstaat de juiste chemie door synergie waar u als klant uw voordeel mee kunt doen.
