AMC are the UK's leaders in the refurbishment of rollers for folding machines rollers. All makes, models and styles can be refurbished. Stahl, MBO, H&H, GUK, Faltex etc. All segmented and spiral rollers are cast in polyurethane and ground to give the correct nip height. We also recover Moll style threaded rollers in nitrile rubber.Feed/transport wheels and suction drums are also recovered in polyurethane. A 2 day turnaround is offered to prior arrangement.We also have full engineering facilities for the production of new roller cores.We produce a range of rollers in conventional steel, aluminium, titanium and carbon fibre. Also we specialise in the production and refurbishment of Rilsan plastic coated rollers for offset litho printing presses.This grade is specified by leading press manufacturers including Heidelberg and MAN Roland.
