Fruit preserves contain fruit in sweet sauce: apples (peeled, cut in eighths without core and seeds) apricots (cut in halves without stone) plums (whole or cut in halves without stone) black cherries (without stalk) cherries (without stalk) grapes peaches (cut in halves without stone)Canned vegetables in sweet and sour sauce are made from: pickles (in 3 sizes 5-7 cm, 7-9 cm, 9-12 cm) pepper based products (pepper slices, chilli peppers, salsa) cabbage based products (salads) root vegetables based products (carrot, parsley, celery)All preserves are packed in glass jars (3500 g), with a minimum solid input of 1850 g.
