Vaccon designs and manufactures over 500 models of air-powered vacuum pumps, cups and accessories along with End-of-Arm Tooling components and complete systems for automation, assembly, material handling, robotics, flexible manufacturing and process control applications. Known for high performance and reliability, Vaccon products are compact, lightweight, dirt tolerant and low maintenance - no seals, o-rings or flaps to wear out or clog. Vacuum pumps include modular, single stage venturi pumps with high flow and/or high vacuum, air saver technology, single or dual controlled solenoid valves, pneumatic blow-off, multi-ports, apple core style mount, venturi cartridges, variable or pre-set inline pumps, material conveying pumps, air amplifiers, blowers and manifolds. In-house test facility and design and engineering assistance available for custom and OEM products.
