Vital Signs, the Sign and Label manufacturer based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire have recently celebrated ten years of successful trading. During this time, the company has invested in the latest technology to produce a wide range of goods including all types of signage, banners, printed and engraved labels, chemically etched plaques, and promotion wear printing, whilst ensuring their staff receive the most up to date training. The most recent addition to their equipment is a laser engraving machine combining speed and accuracy to produce quality labels and panels.

The anniversary year was also marked with an impressive increase in turnover. Sales rose by a whooping 28% on the previous year. This increase can be attributed to investment in new techniques and the regular return of a loyal and growing customer base.

Managing Director Kirsty Hanman explains ‘From the outset we have endeavoured to win customers on price and quality of service and our ability to look after them properly. As a result of this our customer base has grown at a steady and consistent rate thus increasing turnover. Training of our staff is very important to us and we have also recently been successful in our ISO 9001:2000 review.
