Motion Control Products Ltd has recently launched the new cost-effective, innovative product IntB- Integrated Brushless Motor. This new product provides the next generation of motion control by offering State Of The Art drive and control from a single integrated unit.

With two options of voltage range (7.5-59V DC or 12-95V DC), IntB range is capable of producing continuous power outputs of 0.5kW with a peak value of 1kW. In addition, it also offers a wide range of feedback and positioning options, allowing the IntB motors to be easily integrated into any system.

As all the electronics are integrated into the motor, the IntB range of motors have far less wiring, reduced conduits and panel space, which can be seen to produce cost savings of up to 40% by reducing system assembly times.

Further more, its optional stainless steel version (available in stainless 304 & 316) with customised shafts and flanges has its ingress protection rating up to IP67, which makes it ideal for the applications especially in Food Processing, Pharmaceutical and Chemical industries.
